All our products are deemed safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding except our antioxidant oil (contains Vitamin A). However, we still do recommend you consult with your doctor prior to use.

  1. What is the shelf life of your products ?

Our products have a shelf life of 18 months. After a product is opened, it should be used within 6 months.

  1. What if the product I wish to purchase is not available ?

Ocasionally, our product may be temporarily available and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders and Shipping

  1. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $45 or flat rate $5 for orders under $45.

  1. How long will my order take to arrive ?

It depends on where you are. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours daily except for handpoured soy candle because it is made to order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.

Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 – 6 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

*Delivery times may vary as Australia Post can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control.

  1. What if I have an issue with my order ?

Please note we are not responsible for any packages missing, stolen, or damaged under the care of Australian Post. However, we will try our best to accomodate the issues. Please email us at .

To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

  1. Can I change my order once it’s placed ?

Please email us at and we will try our best to accommodate your needs but if the order has already been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.

If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email with the correct address.

  1. Can I cancel my order ?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed,  we are unable to cancel the order.

  1. Can I return or exchange any of my product ?

Yes. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please note that refund will not include the shipping fee and a restocking fee of 15 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
